Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is ElderMedicalSupplyGroup’s number one priority! However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we have a 30-Day, No-Hassle Return Policy with the following guidelines:

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of order and must have an assigned Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please email your request to customerservice@ElderMedicalSupplyGroup.com or call 1.866.536.4888 with the
    1. Purchaser’s full name
    2. order number
    3. reason for the return
    4. day time contact phone number or email address
  • Returns received without an assigned RMA number are not accepted!
  • Returns must be in their original packaging and include all printed materials (i.e. product instructions, registration cards, etc.).
  • Some products are Not Returnable! Non returnable items include - ALL reusable and disposable incontinence products, ALL bath safety chairs, transfer benches, ALL toilet aids used for personal hygiene care and most eating utensils.
  • Non-returnable items are clearly marked on the packing slips and sales receipts shipped directly from ElderMedicalSupplyGroup. Items drop shipped from the manufacturer may not show that the product is “non-returnable” on the enclosed packing slip. In these cases, notification that an item is Non-returnable will show on our website’s product page or here under our return policy guidelines.
  • Clearance and sales items are also Non-Returnable.
  • Some returns drop shipped from the manufacturer may require a re-stocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are not returnable.
