  1. When I place my order, is my personal information safe and secure?

    YES! ElderMedicalSupplyGroup is Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certified to protect your personal and financial information. SSL is an encryption program used to secure credit card numbers, log-ins and other personal information transferring from web browsers to web servers. ElderMedicalSupplyGroup will never sell your name, mailing address, telephone number or email address to anyone nor will we use your personal information for any reason without your prior permission.

    How do I place my order?

    There are three convenient ways to place your order with ElderMedicalSupplyGroup:

    To place your order by phone, call (770) 628-0155 or (888) 339-3221 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Our customer service team are happy to assist you. To order by fax anytime, our fax number is (770) 628-0321.

    Placing your order online is quick and easy 24 hours a day. Simply choose the product you'd like to order, then click on the big orange "add to cart" tab.

    The "add to cart" tab links you to your shopping cart. The shopping cart list the item or items selected for your review. After you've reviewed your selected items, click on the big green "checkout" tab and follow the prompts.

    Once you've entered the required information and agree to the "terms and conditions", click on the big green "place order" tab.

    At this point, your order confirmation page will appear and a copy of this page will be sent to the email address provided.

  2. What is your return policy?

    ElderMedicalSupplyGroup has a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a return authorization. All authorized returns must be received unused and in its original packaging. Returns sent without prior authorization are not accepted!

    PLEASE NOTE: Eating utensils and products used for personal hygiene are not returnable.

  3. Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes! ElderMedicalSupplyGroup currently ships worldwide.

  4. What payment methods are acceptable?

    ElderMedicalSupplyGroup accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks and money orders. We also accept payment through PayPal. Orders paid by personal check will ship as soon as your check clears our bank.

  5. When will my order ship?

    Our goal is to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours. However, if the item ordered is on back order, you will be notified of the backorder status and if possible, provided with an estimated ship date.

    Please be advised: ElderMedicalSupplyGroup ships Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will ship the next business day.
